GRAYLING

Please note that it is compulsory Catch&Release on grayling throughout the season – no fish to be retained.

Grayling are not a recognised species on the Teifi. As such, there is no official season. We would, however, ask that anglers respect the coarse fishing closed season, which is when the grayling are likely to be spawning. As such, an unofficial season for the grayling on the Teifi would be 16th of June to 30th September (end to correspond with the end of the trout fishing season). Strictly no winter fishing.
