SECTION ‘D’ – HENLLAN

SECTION D – PENTRECWRT TO LLANDYFRIOG (LOWER REACHES)

At around 75 miles long, the River Teifi is a long river (both the rivers Towy and Teifi are around the same length and are the two longest rivers that start and end wholly in Wales). Llandysul Angling Association has an enviable portfolio, with beats ranging from the upper river to the lower river – each section holding individual appeal and charm. Our lower reaches encompass some amazing water for both salmon and sea trout (sewin), especially for those that like a slightly larger river to cover. Indeed, Beats 13A and 14B are long beats and offer the prime of what the Teifi has to offer, both being great starting points for those new to to the river and club.
